Coffee items are not eligible for exchange or return, due to food safety standards. We do want you to fully enjoy your EDG Coffee experience, so if you have any questions or concerns about your order, please reach out to info@edgcoffee.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We are ready to help!

We are happy to replace any coffee damaged in transit. Send a photo of the damage (including any damage to the box) along with your order number to info@edgcoffee.com within 7 days of receiving your order, so we can get your new bag on its way!
